2nd ANNUAL SAN DIEGO DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL, Saturday, October 21, 2006, Alliance in partnership with international-award-winning San Diego Dragon Boat Team www.sddragonboat.com: The pageantry and ritual of dragon boat races on the water; pan-Asian festivities on land! Team-building and community-building while racing with the dragons!
